It was a pleasure working with Frances Schagen, Crystal Clear Bookkeeping Ltd., for a recent Lunch and Learn presentation. Frances is well organized and had approached me well in advance so she could ensure adequate time to market the event, a courtesy she provides all of the speakers she supports in the program. The Lunch and Learn program is designed for small business owners and offers more than just financial advice and information. Frances understands that small business owners have a variety of challenges and she endeavours to meet their needs in a series of free seminars in the spacious boardroom at Select Money Strategies in Kentville NS. The relaxed and engaging environment allowed for conversation and the opportunity for an exchange of ideas and experiences – a perfect environment for small business owners to learn and share with each other.

As a trainer, Frances made my day easy. She had everything I needed ready, along with a coffee and water to keep me going! Frances does a great job informing the community of her upcoming events, allows every participant the opportunity to let others know who they are, and provides speakers in an environment that are conducive to learning. It is a win-win situation for everyone involved and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.
